Aura Interactive is pleased to announce that the first update to their interactive AR toy, SantaVision, will soon be available in the iPhone App Store. This version fixes a number of small bugs, adds a tutorial/help section, as well as the ability to drag the current scene to better align it with your view of the world.

About SantaVision

Use SantaVision to create, share and view interactive augmented reality Christmas scenes anywhere in the world! Add virtual decorations and messages to your house, your office or anywhere else in the world that needs a little extra holiday cheer. Look at your friends and family and see them immersed in an augmented Christmas display.

Create a scene by placing, resizing and rotating animated stickers and text around you in the world. Add sound effects to spice up your scene. Hide stickers until the viewer taps on them. Share your SantaVision scenes with friends and family. Keep your scenes private, or make them available on the map to anyone else with the SantaVision application.

The company is being founded to provide services and products in the AR space, with a particular focus on entertainment applications. The founders have been active in the AR field since 1991, and have been involved in projects across a spectrum of domains, including education, military, art, games, tourism and mobile information browsing.
